After a week of weather warnings about the amount of precipitation we'd receive from the tropical depression formerly known as Hurricane Isaac, we ended up with a rainy weekend that dumped a little more than three inches of rain here in central Illinois. The lasting impact: well-watered gardens and a morning walk to enjoy the Art of Isaac.
