I finally had the chance to try out the pole

chainsaw I got as a Christmas gift. A number of branches of the sugar maple in the south yard were laying directly on our roof, so I fired up the new "toy" and made quick work of them. Next weekend, I'll tackle the other side of the tree that is suffocating the neighbors arborvitae with an umbrella of shade.
